What is prickly pear seed oil, and why is it so valuable?
Prickly pear seed oil is extracted from the seeds of Opuntia ficus-indica . Obtained by first cold pressing and unrefined , it is rich in vitamin E , sterols , and omega-6/9 fatty acids . Its supply chain is limited, and the raw material is demanding (a large quantity of fruit yields very little oil), hence its value and exceptional natural anti-aging properties .
Is it really effective on wrinkles, fine lines and blemishes?
Yes. Our customer feedback and a 28-day clinical study * show visible results : smoother , firmer skin, a more even complexion , reduced dark spots , and revived radiance . Vitamin E and polyphenols fight oxidation; omega-6/9 nourish and strengthen the skin barrier.
Is it suitable for all skin types (even sensitive, combination or oily)?
Yes. Our oil is non-comedogenic , lightweight , and has a dry finish . It is suitable for sensitive , combination , and oily skin (2–3 drops are sufficient), as well as mature skin. Perform a patch test beforehand if your skin is reactive.
How do your oils differ from other brands?
Three pillars: purity (100% vegetable oil — undiluted, no additives ), extraction ( cold-pressed , unrefined) and proof ( COA & SDS per batch , COSMOS/Ecocert and Fair for Life certified, packaged in France – ISO 22716 ). Transparency and traceability at the heart.
Does it contain added perfume, preservatives, or allergens?
No. Our vegetable oils are pure . The scent is natural and subtle , characteristic of the seed/fruit — no added perfume or preservatives.
How to use it to optimize results (face, body, hair, nails)?
Face : 3–4 drops on slightly damp skin (hydrosol/floral water), morning or evening.
Body/hands : dry areas, stretch marks, visible scars.
Hair : 2–3 drops on lengths & ends (anti-frizz, shine); as an oil treatment for 30–60 minutes before shampooing.
Nails : 1 drop per nail, massage into cuticles
What routine do you recommend (complete ritual)?
- Morning : Pomegranate (antioxidant shield, radiance).
- Evening : Prickly pear (regenerates & smooths).
- Deep conditioning : Date (nourishes & softens) 1–3 times/week.
How long does a 30ml bottle last?
For facial use: approximately 3 months (4–6 drops/day). Face + targeted areas: 1–2 months depending on frequency.
Can it be used with existing skincare products or makeup?
Yes. Apply the oil as the last step (or mix 1–2 drops into the cream). It blends well with a hydrating serum and gives a glow under makeup (wait 2–3 minutes).
Is it safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
These are pure vegetable oils . If you have any doubts or special conditions, consult your healthcare professional .
What about manufacturing, testing and labeling?
Cold pressed , unrefined ; COA & SDS for each batch; GMP ISO 22716 (packaged in France). COSMOS/Ecocert and Fair for Life certified.
How to store the oil and for how long?
Protect from heat and light . Emerald green glass bottle (UV filter). PAO 12 months after opening.

ORDERS & DELIVERY (convenient & straightforward)
What are the preparation and shipping times?
Preparation takes 24–48 business hours (excluding peak periods). Shipping times are displayed at checkout (indicative: collection point 2–5 business days, home delivery 2–4 days).
Is delivery free?
Yes, to a collection point from €50 of purchase (mainland France, when the option appears at payment).
Do you ship internationally?
When the option is offered, it will automatically appear at checkout (delivery times/prices vary). Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient .
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped. The status can also be viewed on the carrier's website.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?
Make specific written reservations to the delivery person/collection point before signing , take photos (exterior/interior/label), then contact us within 48 hours : zayari@biosentys.com .
Can I withdraw (return a product)?
Yes, 14 days from receipt. For hygiene reasons, any opened or unsealed cosmetic product cannot be returned . Returns must be unopened , unused , sealed , and in resalable condition, after authorization (RMA) . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (see Returns & Refunds Policy ).
Are delivery costs refunded in case of return?
No (unless we've made a mistake). The customer is responsible for the round- trip shipping costs .
Incorrect address, absence, refusal or failure to claim: what happens?
The package can be dropped off at a collection point. If it is not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe, it will be returned to the sender. We can reship it (at your expense) or issue a refund, excluding the initial shipping costs (if applicable).
I have a skin problem after using it: can I get a refund?
Individual skin reactions are not considered a product defect. We recommend a skin test before use. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see Returns Policy).
Payment methods & security
Online payment via a secure provider. Bank details are not transmitted through our servers. Payment in 3 installments is possible at no extra cost, depending on the options displayed.
